I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in supporting people who identify as being queer. I am registered with PACFA. I have experience working within the public and private sector. I have a background in supporting people struggling with the following:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Intimate relationship concerns
• Alcohol and drug use

A key part of my therapeutic approach focuses on gestalt psychotherapy and the wisdom it offers. This modality has the ability to be effective in uncovering the origins of people’s concerns, and to promote long-term positive outcomes. I work to help people feel more supported and empowered to make meaningful and desired changes within their lives.
