About the exhibition:
Trans Joy – it can be about being seen and recognised for who you are, on your own terms. It can also about seeing yourself reflected back, through art, media, and community.

This Trans Awareness Week, we will present an exhibition open to the public, showcasing trans and gender diverse artists from a wide range of background and experience. Artists will display their response to the theme in a range of mediums and styles.

To manage visitor numbers, there are three entry times – at 5 pm, 6 pm and 7 pm. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.

The Quiet Opening will be a low sensory session with limited numbers of people. There will be low lighting, and no music or other loud activities. Tickets available on eventbrite.

We would like this event to be as accessible as possible for everyone. To take care of our community, including folks with disabilities and those who are immune compromised, mask wearing is strongly encouraged at this event.
