About Michelle McNamara
Michelle (she/they) is a wonderful member of Banyule’s LGBTIQA+ Committee who is one of ten LGBTI+ elders featured in the documentary. Michelle is an out and proud transgender woman with an interest in sport, religion, inclusion and advocacy. She has been a Transgender Victoria Committee member since 2016. They are a scientist, an activist, a practising Buddhist and they’re delighted to be a grandma this year.
