The Victorian Pride Centre will be the host venue for 26 shows over 10 days as part of Melbourne Fringe Festival between Friday 7 October and Sunday 23 October, 2022.

The diverse line-up of shows at the Pride Centre showcases LGBTIQ+ artists, featuring stand-up comedy, theatre, cabaret, live music, an interactive music show for kids, and panel discussions about inclusive design.

Melbourne Fringe Festival is one of Australia’s largest and most-loved performing arts festivals, and the Victorian Pride Centre is thrilled to be part of its 2022 program.

Key program highlights include: Cheers, Queers! – a showcase with some of Melbourne’s brightest LGTBIQ+ comedians, The Big D – a hilarious new show from drag performer Abril LaTrene, and Shapeshifting – a storytelling and music event for Trans communities with Key Change choir. The Pride Centre is also proud to be the host venue for two Design Fringe events: the Design Fringe Keynote Talk & Industry Networking Night on October 7 and Strange Bedfellows: First Nations Fashion vs Inclusive Architecture October 23 – both free to attend, and co-presented by Linden New Art and Melbourne Fringe.
