My approach is strengths-based, person-centred, and collaborative, incorporating art, movement, storytelling, mindfulness, and ecotherapy to foster resilience, confidence, and connection.

As a queer therapist, I understand the importance of visibility, affirmation, and safe spaces. I offer individual therapy, workshops, and group programs that honour diverse identities and lived experiences. NDIS-friendly. Available in Wollert, Community Outreach in Melbourne’s outer north, and online.
