I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life and ages to thrive. I implement creative arts-based processes to facilitate self-expression, self-awareness and personal development in authentic, imaginative ways. I adopt a person-centred, trauma informed approach and work closely with individual’s intentions, allowing space for inquiry, exploration and meaning making. I work alongside people to assist them in achieving their goals, feel empowered and convey their thoughts and feelings through different mediums and modalities including drawing, painting, collage, dance and movement, storytelling and play.

We are registered as: Sole Trader.
