I offer a warm, inclusive, and trauma-informed space where individuals, groups, and communities can explore identity, creativity, and healing. Using a strengths-based, person-centred, and collaborative approach, I integrate artmaking, movement, storytelling, mindfulness, and ecotherapy to support self-expression, resilience, and connection.

As a queer therapist, I value visibility, affirmation, and creating safe, empowering spaces. I work with people of all ages and identities, offering individual therapy, group programs, and creative workshops that honour diverse lived experiences.

I’m also excited to offer workshops and events specifically for the LGBTQIA+ community including Queer By Nature – an immersive offering connecting us back to ourselves, each other and the more-than-human world.
