In a kinesiology session, I hold space for you to feel seen & heard. I utilise muscle testing to talk to your body via the interconnections of muscle to brain, to nervous system & subconscious.

I facilitate you to unpack, process & release patterns of limitation that get stuck in your body & moving you towards greater choice, wholeness, resilience & freedom.

Cost: $150 per 1 hour session (face to face or online)
