LGBTQIA+ Anxiety Support Group

About

It can be hard and challenging to find the right anxiety support where you feel
comfortable, heard and understood. Sometimes talking to others who can relate
or understand what you are going through can be very helpful.
The aim of this support group is to provide an opportunity to learn more about
anxiety and practical strategies that could be helpful in managing symptoms
within a safe, comfortable and confidential space. The group provides the
opportunity for people to talk about their anxiety without judgement.
Guided by 2 trained volunteer facilitators from the LGBTIQA+ community (where
possible) who operate in a compassionate, inclusive and relaxed environment
allowing each participant to share only what is comfortable for them.
