Open House Skin is Melbourne’s home of inclusive, luxurious and results-driven skin treatments.

After experiencing skin changes completely new to me when starting Testosterone, I immediately knew other gender-diverse people out there must be feeling the same confusion. There was a lack of unapologetically inclusive, effective skincare services that valued accessibility and creating a welcoming place for all to celebrate skin health, so I knew Open House Skin needed to start.

My name is Kai (he/him) and I’ve been a skin and beauty therapist for eight years. Through my experiences working in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Australia, I’ve developed a passion for client-centered care and using a blend of evidence-based modalities, wellness techniques, and a caring touch to bring you healthy skin and exceptional service.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and disabled community, my aims have always been to reduce the gap in access these communities have to skin and beauty services. Whether it’s transforming your skin or providing some TLC, it’s my goal to work at your pace and comfort level so you always feel empowered, confident and comfortable.

Armed with award-winning devices, clinical grade cosmeceuticals and the caring touch of someone who knows the struggle of a bad skin day first-hand – I can’t wait to start your skin transformation journey with you.

I offer completely bespoke facials that range in price based on length or complimentary, obligation fee consultations in person or online if you’d rather dip your toes in first!
