Our mission is to provide visible role models, mentors, content and targeted support to aspiring LGBTIQ professionals and to strengthen the sense of community among professionals and students.

Our vision is to create an Australia where every LGBTIQ student and aspiring professional is confident to be their authentic self in workplaces which celebrate diversity.
