About

Workshops for gay and same-sex attracted men that provide a confidential and welcoming environment for participants to socialise while learning more about their sexuality and well-being. These workshops are facilitated by volunteer peer facilitators to enhance peer-to-peer learning.

Topics covered include: negative stereotypes, homophobia, coming out, relationships, community, HIV stigma and sexual health.

Topics covered can include: self-esteem, homophobia, biphobia & transphobia, coming out, relationships, community, HIV stigma, and general sexual health.

The workshops are:

  • Free
  • Interactive and dynamic
  • A safe space for discussion and sharing stories
  • Of varying length, from single day workshops to six week programs
  • Usually have 8 – 12 participants and 2 – 3 facilitators
  • Run by a team of dedicated and fun volunteers
