Rainbow WISE is specifically designed for the LGBTQIA+ community, promoting awareness and understanding in the employment space. When joining Rainbow WISE, you will work one-on-one with a dedicated Case Manager who will work with you to identify your goals and career priorities, helping you overcome any barriers on your preferred pathway to success. They will assist you in building positive change through community connections, support services and resources.
