About

The Centre Clinic is an LGBTIQA+ affirmative General Practice operated by Thorne Harbour Health, an LGBTI community controlled organisation.  The clinic provides GP services for gay men, lesbians, bisexuals and trans people, as well as specialist medical care for people living with HIV. The practitioners have a special interest in sexual health screening and treatment, including prevention, monitoring, treatment and care of HIV infection. The service offers PEP (Post HIV Exposure Prophylaxis) and PrEP (Pre Exposure Prophylaxis) prescribing services.  Hepatitis screening, vaccination and monitoring including new Hepatitis C treatments are also available. At the Victorian Pride Centre, the clinic shares facilities with Thorne Harbour Health therapeutic services including family violence support and alcohol and other drug counselling services. The Centre Clinic is  an AGPAL Accredited practice.
