About these Conditions
The purpose of these conditions is to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all individuals entering the Victorian Pride Centre (VPC), including visitors, tenants, event attendees, contractors, volunteers, and staff.
These Conditions apply to all entry and use of VPC’s facilities, including, but not limited to, tenant spaces, event venues, external areas, function rooms, basement car park, and shared spaces. The VPC reserves the right to change these Conditions at any time without notice.
In these Conditions, references to:
- We, us, or VPC means the Victorian Pride Centre, including its employees, contractors, and authorised representatives.
- You or your refers to any person entering or using the VPC premises.
You must comply with these Conditions and follow the reasonable directions of VPC team members, as well as any signage concerning your entry and use of the Premises.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person from the Premises for failing to comply with these Conditions.
