Victorian Pride Centre (VPC) is delighted to announce that Beauty company L’Oréal Australia has joined as our newest Major Partner.
As Australia’s first purpose-built centre for LGBTIQ+ communities, VPC is proud to partner with an international company that fosters diversity, equality, and inclusion across Australia. We look forward to collaborating with L’Oréal Australia over the next three years to build capacity, and amplify the voices of LGBTIQ+ people.
Corporate Partners play an important role at the Victorian Pride Centre, an ambitious endeavour that provides a social, cultural and services hub for LGBTIQ+ communities.
Justine Dalla Riva, CEO Victorian Pride Centre:
“Partnering with L’Oréal Australia is an exciting new step in the Pride Centre’s journey, and invaluable for our financial sustainability as an organisation. We embrace the opportunity to reach new audiences through L’Oréal Australia’s place on the global stage. This exposure to international LGBTIQ+ communities will showcase the Pride Centre as a destination for collaboration, celebration, and pride.”
Quote attributed to L’Oréal Australia, Paul Steer, HR Director:
“At L’Oréal we support a diverse and inclusive workforce that is representative of our consumers and the community. Our L’Oréal LGBTQIA+ community is accepted without exception, and we want our employees to be proud of who they are and how they identify. Our passionate L’Oréal Australia Pride Committee supports, educates and empowers our LGBTQIA+ internal community and allies to help foster an inclusive and healthy workplace culture, encouraging all employees to bring their full selves to work. It is a sense of belonging that is the true measure of acceptance, and this enables people to do great things; at work, personally and for their community. In this saying this we are thrilled to be partnering with the Pride Centre as we believe our two organisations are in perfect alignment and will work beautifully with one another”
