Two new opportunities at Victorian Pride Centre – Bookkeeper/Accountant, and Admin Officer & EA

The Victorian Pride Centre is currently seeking applications for two exciting new positions: Bookkeeper/Accountant, and Admin Officer & Executive Assistant. Both of these roles will support the day-to-day operations of Australia’s first purpose-built centre for LGBTIQ+ communities. Find out more details about each role and how to apply below.

BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT

Reporting to the CEO, this newly-created role will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the Victorian Pride Centre, including (but not restricted to) payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and liaising with resident organisations at the centre.

This part-time opportunity (0.6 FTE) will be based on-site at 79-81 Fitzroy St, St Kilda and can be offered as either a permanent or consultant position.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

A role perfectly suited to an experienced, self-motivated, and organised Administration Officer & Executive Assistant with a mature, can-do outlook to join our growing team for immediate start.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will manage all administrative functions of the Victorian Pride Centre and provide executive support to management, the Board and subcommittees.

This opportunity (0.8 or 1.0 FTE, negotiable based on experience) will be based on-site at 79-81 Fitzroy Street St Kilda and is offered on a permanent, ongoing basis.
