We are thrilled to announce four new Directors who have joined our existing Board, each bringing a dynamic set of skills, diverse professional backgrounds and lived experience to the Victorian Pride Centre as we continue to grow and evolve!

Alan Wu (he/him, top left) is a not-for-profit corporate governance specialist, working with communities to build power to make decisions that matter. He serves as Chair of Australia’s largest youth-run international development organisation, the Oaktree Foundation.

Tara Laursen (she/her, top right) brings more than 14 years of experience in community-based mental health and social services. She has held a number of mental health leadership roles and is currently the Senior Manager of Opportunities, Strategy and Development with Neami National.

Jane Crawley (she/her, bottom left) is a dynamic and creative public sector leader experienced in guiding large and complex organisations, groups and portfolios. Her most recent position was Executive Director, Creative Industries with Creative Victoria, a position she held for three years.

Craig Bell (he/him, bottom right) has over 30 years’ experience in strategy, finance, investments and ICT, and has held senior positions across a number of sectors, including member-based organisations. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CoINVEST Limited, and the Chair of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation.

We will share more about each of these incredible leaders in the LGBTIQ+ community over the coming weeks on our social media pages! You can also read more about each of our other current Board Members on the Pride Centre’s ‘Our People’ page.
